Everest Park Home

Tucked into Kirkland's Everest Park neighborhood, this home was reimagined in our Refined Transitional style, balancing warmth and quiet sophistication in every room. The kitchen sets the tone with rich wood cabinetry, a custom wood range hood, natural stone counters and a full-height stone backsplash, finished with brass dome pendants and woven counter stools. It opens to a bright breakfast nook, where a round wood table sits beneath a soft shaded chandelier. Through the main living spaces, painted wainscoting, arched openings and curated vintage pieces add architecture and a sense of history. In the living room, a textured plaster fireplace and wood beam mantel anchor a light, layered seating area, while the den leans moody with deep walls and a tiled surround.

The same thoughtful approach carries into the home's hardworking and private spaces. A mudroom with built-in bench and tall wood cabinetry keeps daily life organized, and the laundry room gets personality from botanical wallpaper and a hanging drying rack. The primary bath is a calm retreat, with a freestanding soaking tub, soft stacked tile, a wood double vanity and brass oval mirrors. Each secondary bath has its own character, from scenic wallpaper in the powder room to deep green shower tile and warm handmade-look tile in the hall bath. The result is a home that feels collected, calm and made for everyday living.
